We keep 5 colors in stock and on sale. This allows us to provide much better prices than offering "every color".

Patterns are Arctic Quartz, Drifwood, and Barnwood

All Durakek comes in 6 foot wide rolls, seams are overlapped about 1.5" and hot air welded. NO LEAKS!

Duradek is only available "installed" by certified dealers. This is the reason our quality is so high.

Tile Underlays

I don't reccommend tile outside on PEI due to our harsh freeze/thaw cycles, but if you want it we can make sure it doesn't leak. Price is $3.00/sq.ft.

Large Decks

If the deck is over 600 sq.ft. I can do "any color fabric" for $20.00/sq.ft. and the Grey or Suede for $17.00/sq.ft., special deals on "stuff in the shed".

Small Decks

If the deck is under 100 sq.ft I add 1.5 ft. to the length and 1.5ft. to the width to do my calculation.

Pricing on smaller decks is dependent on what we have in stock.

Delivery is usually 4-8 days

Installation depends on the weather and the work load.

We try hard to be fast! We need ten degrees Celsius to install. We work weekends if needed, no up charges.

Duradek rates (2026 rates), plus travel ($1.00 per KM, plus HST. This is an estimate, the way things are going we may soon be in a donkey cart. I will price according to the news of the day.

Wood Post Through The Deck

Any support post or rail post that goes through the Duradek will cost $40.00 to flash. After flashing you will have to add a casing of pine or ply Gem to complete thee waterproofing.

We recommend aluminum rail systems fastened through the Duradek. You must use Polyurethane caulking in the screw holes. Home Hardware on St. Peters Road in Charlottetown have the stuff, or ask us to bring some.

Rails

We like the Imperial Kool Rey that Kent sells. They have been making rails for many years and they carry parts. This is very important as many other stores carry odd name stuff and don"t carry parts.

Experience counts.

Please ensure the deck has good blocking below the plywood to make sure the rail legs have a firm grip.

Consider making a fastening plate on the house instead of a post next to the house, much stronger. Consists of an untreated 2x4 covered in sheet aluminum.
